Carltons' Fine Dining at the Beach offers full service catering at the Ocean Club, Emerald Isle Realty, Bluewater GMAC, the Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and many added venues. Carltons' caters private parties and large events including conventions, spa lunches, health and wellness retreats, weddings and special occasions.

A menu can be tailored specifically for your event, taking your ideas and adding our touch with specialties from our catering menu.
