About Carltons' at the Ocean Club

Owner and Executive Chef, Patrick Hogan, specializes in creating fresh seafood dishes that captures the essence of each ingredient's natural flavor. Every dish is prepared fresh just for you. Dining at Carltons' is a culinary adventure in an intimate, pleasant, and relaxing atmosphere with exceptional service.

We are located at the Ocean Club Spa & Conference Center. Enjoy fine dining in a beautiful setting inside or by our outdoor fireplace. We have full ABC permits, and are open to the public for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch.
